I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13206 for the 2019 Subaru Outback Wagon Touring because of it's 600 lb tongue weight capacity. I have attached an installation video for your reference. For multiple balls, you would want an adjustable ball mount. I recommend the B&W Tow and Stow part # BWTS10047BB that has the 1-7/8" ball, 2" ball, and 2-5/16" ball, 3.5" of rise and 3" of drop. I am not sure how much rise or drop you need to tow your Coleman Versa and log splitter. I have attached a helpful article regarding how to figure out the rise and drop to tow level with your vehicle.
