I saw that this is works with the 1 1/4 T2 Thule Bike carrier. Is this also the correct replacement bolt for the 2 inch T2 Thule Bike carrier?

We do have the replacement Hex Bolt for the Thule T2 Platform Bike Carrier # TH9044 or # TH9044-TH9046 (2" hitch) and # TH9045 (1-1/4" hitch), which is part # 8537012 . The part you mentioned, # 853-5917 is meant for the Anti-Rattle Hitch Pin and Snug Tite Hitch Lock # THSTL2 , not the actual Thule T2 racks.
