I have a 2003 Chevy 3500 silverado with power extend mirrors. Do you have any extensions to fit these. I know some wont.

I do have a mirror system that will work for you, the # KS3990 K-Source Clip-On towing mirrors. These will fit mirrors between 4-1/2 and 11-1/12 inches tall and secure to the existing mirrors use a sturdy ratcheting rubber strap.
Unfortunately, none of the slide-on or snap-on mirrors we offer like the CM10800 you looked at will fit the factory telescoping mirrors.
