I have a 2018 RAV4 adventure so wandering if this rack would work with a large roof box. Thule Pulse Large Rooftop Cargo Box - 16 cu ft TH615

The Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack # MPG216 that fits your 2018 Toyota RAV4 will absolutely work withe the Thule Pulse Large Rooftop Cargo Box # TH615 with no issues whatsoever.
The Pulse will clamp tightly around the crossbars of the AirFlow and at 58 inches you have plenty of crossbar space to fit the Pulse cargo box. This will be an outstanding combination of quality products that is going to allow you to carry a large amount of gear safely and securely.
