Mt red cover is OK but the black clip that holds the cover on to the fixture has broken on one side. what do I need to replace?

The only replacement part available for these lights are the replacement lens and not the black back plate with clips for the Optronics Low Profile lights, so your best solution is to replace whole light. For LED lights you need # RVSTLB60 (passenger side) or # RVSTLB61 (driver's side). For Incandescent lights use # RVSTL60 (passenger) or # RVSTL61 (driver).
