How Much Clearance is Needed Around Slide Out Flange to Fit Solera Slide Out Awning

Question:
I have a 2013 Jayco eagle 33.5rkts. my rt side slide flange widthis154. wall to flange 35. my problem is the electric awning arm is 3.5 from flange. can I mount a topper on this slide

We've had similar questions to this before and Solera has told us in the past that you need 6 inches of clearance between the slide out flange and the awning of the RV for a slide out awning to fit with clearance.
