Is this available with the gray wire being 30ft long. My van is 20ft long from bumper to bumper. After routing the wire I know 20ft wont be long enough.

We have the similar brake controller install kit part # ETBC7 which comes with 25 feet of duplex wire like you mentioned. This might be long enough as you said your van is 20 feet end to end. We also have an extension wire for this with part # 10-2-1 which gives you more wire by the foot.
I attached an install video for the # ETBC7 getting installed in a very similar 2007 Express van.
