I am wiring some two-circuit sealed lights which dont come with connectors or plugs, just 3 bare wires. Do you have a female matching pigtail to this plug which I can use to build a wire harness for my dual function lights?

Yes, we have the part # AL145PWTB which has the correct female connector to match the part # A45PMB.
The extra 3 pin connector on this could be cut off and not used as needed.
