The Curt Double Lock, Flip and Store Underbed Gooseneck Hitch w/ Installation Kit # C60713 will indeed fit your 1995 Chevy Pickup whether you have a long or short bed just as long as it is not a Cab and Chassis or one with 34 inch frame.
While the Curt gooseneck hitch has a weight rating of 30,000 lbs I would be shocked if your pickup could handle that much weight. I took a look at an online version of the owner's manual for your pickup and all it stated was to contact GM about the max trailer weight rating for your vehicle. I highly recommend doing so before towing a gooseneck trailer.
