Can Self Tapping Screw Be Used to Ground Trailer Wiring to Frame

Are these screws sufficient to use to ground trailer wiring to a trailer that has an aluminum frame?

Yes if you used a self-tapping screw like the part # FA1131822 you could use it to ground trailer wiring to a frame. Sometimes aluminum trailer frames aren't quite adequate so you may need to run a jumper wire to the main ground wire of the trailer wiring.
