Question:
Is the 6 amp auto reset fuse waterproof or does it need to be mounted in a waterproof box? Also - am wiring bith front and back jacks...can I use a common hot. Wire and common ground wire for both and branch off each with a seperate 20 amp fuse...I would never extend both at the same time so it seems like this woukd work. Using 10 guage wire on both. Thanks!

The 6-amp auto reset breaker included with the Lippert Power Stabilizer Jack # LC298707 (which can also be obtained separately with part # LC134181) will do a good job of resisting damage from the elements but it's not completely waterproof. To ensure a long lifespan of the breaker I do still recommend trying to find a location where it's protected a bit from excess water during storms, etc.
Technically you should be able to run common wires like you mentioned as long as you still have a separate 20 amp fuse for each assembly but I don't really recommend doing this. If something were to go wrong with one of the jacks having common power and ground wires will make troubleshooting a real chore and it's still possible that the circuits could be overloaded.
I have attached a wiring diagram to assist.
