Propane Is Leaking From Vent On Regulator

My lpg regulator is only going through the vent its continuous and worrying me

It sounds like your propane regulator is bad and needs to be replaced. These are not repairable which is why you need to replace yours and it's pretty easy to do. I see you were looking at a dual stage regulator so if that is what you have then you just need to choose the one that has the vent oriented correctly, part # 108221 for horizontal or part # 108220 for vertical.
