Question:
I see you offer the reese ball as either the ball by itself or as a kit. Does reese offer the same type ball in a taller version? I am wanting to install a bed liner and rubber mat.

Expert Reply:
We carry a ball for the Reese Elite series gooseneck hitches and the Ford factory installed hitches that has a 1 inch rise. It is # RP19315. If you are adding a bed liner and/or mat, you are going to have to trim the liner/mat around the gooseneck ball so that the coupler will fit properly over the ball. There needs to be nothing between the bed and the bottom of the coupler to account for pitch, roll, and turning.
