Should Short Or Long End Links Be Used When Installing Roadmaster Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1209-131

Question:

I received and installed the RM-1209-131 anti sway bar on my 2019 Jayco Melbourne 24K. I was confused about which end link to us. I followed the information and recommendation on the video installation guide and used the longer end links. After the install was complete, it appears the shorter end links may have also worked. How do I tell if I should switch to the shorter end links. Thank you for your time.

The longer end links that are included with the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1209-131 are to be used if the chassis has spacer blocks on the frame. If your RV isn't equipped with any spacer blocks then I do recommend switching the end links out for the shorter ones to ensure you get the most out of the system and that it provides the necessary tension to stop that sway during travel.
