Kuat Transfer 1 Anti-Rattle Capability for a 2019 Toyota Highlander

Question:
Is this Kuat transfer 1 cable and hitch lock anti-rattle or is that a separate purchase for the anti-rattle capability? My hitch is a 2 inch so I will have to use the adapter if I purchase the Kuat one transfer bike rack. I don’t want movement and rattle like it exists on the Saris.

The Kuat Transfer 1 # KU64FR comes with the anti-rattle bolt and a cable lock. This way you gain a lock and keep your anti-rattle device.
The Kuat Transfer 1 fits your Highlander's 2 inch hitch out of the box with the included adapter. The below video is a great resource showing how the anti-rattle bolt can reduce hitch movement and rattle.
