I have a skyline sport rack with lock number 2860. Where can I get two locks with keys. Thanks in advance

If you would just like to replace the key to lock your SportRack Skyline SR7095 you could do so with Replacement Key for Thule and SportRack Racks part # THKEYN2860 for the 2860 lock.

However, since you say you need new locks as well, we cannot guarantee the new lock cylinders will be the lock number 2860. You would need to replace the locks and keys with part # TH450200 that includes two new locks and keys with new numbers. It also includes the master key that allows you to remove your old lock cylinders and replace them.

Please keep in mind the master key only works if the lock cylinders are in the the unlocked position. If they are not, it may be a good idea to purchase one individual THKEYN2860 to unlock the cylinders and then change them out with part # TH450200 if you'd like. Otherwise you would have to take the box to a locksmith if the existing lock cylinders are locked and you wan't to change them out.
