Programming Replacement Lippert LINC Remote

Question:

I read the post on your site on how to program a new remote. I believe some steps are missing. Am I supposed to push the black program button on the control board first and when I have the 3 lower LEDs blinking how do I save the programming and exit?

The three bottom LEDs blinking means that the remove # LC292614 is waiting to be programmed. When it's in this state you will use the "IN" and "OUT" buttons to cycle through the LED descriptions until you get to FUNCTION 1. Then press the "SELECT" button to confirm and move on to the next function.

When finished pressing "SELECT" again should take you out of programming/configuration mode and save your settings.
