What tools do I need to take off the top cover of a lippert jack cover? Is it a Phillips screw inside the head cover or something else?

There are four screws that hold the lid part # LC285160 to the rest of the Lippert jack part # LC285318. If you check out the picture I attached you'll see the screw holes pointed out.
