Question:
Hello, the landing gear, on my 25foot Idle-time 5th wheel, will extend, but will no longer retract. I have to wiggle the switch a bit, to get it to work but it does and the trailer lifts. Do you think the switch itself is bad?

Helpful Expert Reply:
Yes, the issue that you are having with your landing gear set is most likely the switch. Luckily, these are pretty universal so you can use the Replacement Switch for Electric Landing Gear part # LG-145236 to replace this without issue. Please make sure to check the spade terminals at the back of the switch first to make sure one has not wiggled its way out.
