There are 2 possible options for your 1998 Chevy Tracker. If you have the Suzuki Sidekick motor (that came in the 1998 Geo Tracker) then the part # 1007-2 is what you want, otherwise my contact at Roadmaster said that the kit # 1012-1, which fits a 1999 Chevy Tracker, looks like it is compatible. From the picture you sent in I'm pretty sure the part # 1007-2 is the one you want.
Either kit will fit with the Eagle 8000 Tow Bar system that you are currently using.
For a complete flat towing setup you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter. If you do not have all of these components just let me know and I can make some additional recommendations for you.
