Front Jack Legs On Lippert Ground Control Lower When Slide Is Used

Question:
I have a 2019 cedar creek silverback 5th. When I open the main hydraulic slides for the kitchen the front leveling Jacks will lower all the way down before the slide out will open and the opposite when I close the slide out. Also the auto leveling options doesnt work all the time and sometimes I have to hit the auto leveling option 2 or 3 times before all the Jacks lower and level the camper. What would cause this problem?

I spoke to my contact at Lippert about the issue you are having with your Lippert Ground Control Leveling System. They informed me that there is a problem with the valve on the front leg. The valve is either being bypassed or the set screw on the valve is open. I recommend you use a 5/32" allen wrench and verify the valve is closed by turning it counter clockwise. If the valve will not turn, it is closed and that means it most likely needs to be replaced.
