Do you offer a replacement smoke lid/cover for the Maxxair 4951KS? I think this is Maxxair p/n 12-00057. I believe this is the same as will fit your MA00-04500K. I am looking for just the lid part that raises up and down to replace one damaged by hail. I am not looking for the dog house style cover that goes over the fan assembly. Thank you for your help

Yes, the correct replacement lid cover for your MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan part # MA00-04500K (4951KS) is the Replacement Lid for MaxxFan and MaxxFan Plus Roof Vents part # MA10A40009K.
