The CE Smith Bolster Bracket # CE10052-32G features a span of just barely over 15 inches so it might be a bit small to comfortably support the 16 inch tubes on your Zodiac Inflatable Boat. You will likely be better off using a set of standard brackets like the CE Smith # CE10196G-4 that feature a swiveling design to let you tilt the bunk boards at an angle for the pontoon.
For the bunk boards themselves you can use the CE Smith Carpeted Boards that are available in lengths of 7 feet # CE27845, 6 feet # CE27840, 5 feet # CE27820, 4 feet # CE27810, and 3 feet # CE27800. You can also add the CE Smith Bunk Style Guide-Ons # CE27671 to help keep the boat centered when loading it onto the trailer.
