Do the CIPA CM10950 mirrors fit a 2019 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali?

I do have a good option for you, however the CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors # CM10950 you referenced are not confirmed to fit the 2019 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali. The 2019 Sierra represents the first model of a new generation and the mirrors differ enough from previous models that a new custom towing mirror is required. At this time (June 2019) there is not a custom towing mirror available for this truck.

Your best option right now is with a universal towing mirror set like the K-Source # KS3990. I really like these particular mirrors because of the ratcheting strap system they use to create a really snug fit around the factory mirrors. This drastically reduces a lot of the play and movement during travel that is present on a lot of similar models. As long as the factory mirrors on your Sierra are 4-1/2 inches to 11-1/2 inches tall these will work great.
