The correct replacement rear wheel strap for the Thule T1 1-Bike Platform Rack 9041 is the Replacement Tire Wheel Strap part # 8527642001.

I was able to confirm this with Thule for you. We also offer the Replacement Rear Wheel Holder and Strap part # 7521568001.
