Can you install a ultimate connection over a plastic bedliner?

The Andersen Ultimate Connection 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch System with Adapter # AM3200 that you referenced installs in a set of fifth wheel rails like the picture I attached shows. A bed liner would not interfere with this at all. See picture.
If instead you are asking about the other Andersen Ultimate that attaches to a goosenck ball and then makes contact with the bed of the truck you'd have to cut out the bed liner around where the adapter contacts the truck bed.
