Expert Reply:
Pre-mounted trailer wheel and tire items like Loadstar ST185/80R13 Bias Tire Combo # AM3S339 do come ready to install on your trailer but do not get a full dynamic machine balancing process like a passenger vehicle tire does since trailer tires really don't need this.
Passenger vehicle tires do need a full dynamic balance, but trailer tires/wheels are mounted by the distributor so that the tire's light spot is matched to the wheel's heavy spot. This step provides a degree of balancing that is adequate for trailer tires. You can always have the tires dynamically balance if you wish although this expense is not really necessary for trailer tires.
