Question:

My Insurance Co just totaled my trailer. Know have a 20foot single axle travel trailer. Notice a sway 70mph, so stay around 65mph or less. What would you recommend?

I have two excellent options for you to help keep control of the trailer at highway speed, a friction sway control bar like the Reese Friction Sway Control Kit part # 83660 with the Sway-Control Bracket part # RP26003 or an electric sway control device like the Curt Electronic Sway Control System part # C94VV.

These systems will both do an excellent job of helping to keep the trailer inline at highway speed. That said, the Curt Electronic Sway Control System is a better option for you because it does allow you to reverse at an angle unlike the Reese Friction Sway Control Kit.
