Can I get 13 or 14 inch wheels for CE48870?

The CE Smith Multi Sport Plus Boat Trailer # CE48870 referenced in your question includes 12 inch wheels and tires. You could certainly replace these with larger tires but you will need to make sure you maintain adequate clearance between the fenders and frame rails. We recommend at least 4 inches between the fender and the top of the tire for suspension travel and at least 2 inches between the tire's side wall and frame.

The hubs on the trailer feature a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern so you will also need to make sure the news wheels match.

The Kenda Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Tire with 13" Galvanized Wheel # AM31994 may be a good option. This is an excellent radial ply tire with a maximum load of 1,610 pounds at 65 psi and a speed rating of 81 mph. It will measure 24.1 inches in diameter/height and 7 inches in width.
