The Reese Quick-Install Custom Bracket Kit part # RP50087 that you referenced is just for the frame brackets. In order to install a 5th wheel hitch you will need both frame brackets and base rails, the Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit part # RP50087-58 which is a fit for a 2017 Ford F-150.
The Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit will work with brands such as Curt, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Reese, Valley and Husky or any brand that uses the industry standard mounting rails (ISR). I have attached some options for you below.
