Can Ventline Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent V2094 be Converted to the Wall Mount Switch Version V2119

Question:

Can a ventline v2094 be converted to a v2119 with wall switch, without having to remove the sealed framing in the roof? Can I add/replace the required parts and re-run the wires through a wall switch? Thanks.

Since the big difference between the Ventline Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent # V2094SP-30 and the vent # V2119-1-533 is that one has the control right on the unit and the other has a wall mount I see no reason why you can't just unhook the wiring from your current trim and then either route it to the Switch # VC0533-03-A. You can even swap out your current frame/screen with part # BVC0573-31 for Birch White or part # BVC0573-41 for Polar White. I have attached a video showing how to replace the frame and screen but you'll need to find a way to route the 16 Gauge Wire # 16-1-1 wiring to the wall mount switches.
