2012 Heartland Landmark 38foot 5th wheel automatic awning. Fabric is 20foot long. Tan fade color. Roller and arms are in good working order. Just need the fabric. Which will work with my unit?

Yes, you can use Solera Replacement Awning Fabric # LCV000334437 on your existing awning whose roller and arms are still in good shape. This 20-foot sand-fade color fabric replacement works with both pitched and flat awnings from Solera, Dometic A&E, and Carefree. This part has black weather strip but if you prefer white weather strip use part # LCV000334438.
