Replacement for Shelby Winch Used To Lift PWC

I am replacing my Shelly wench with the Dutton Lainson DL14996 on my PWC lift. The Shelly has a wheel handle the Dutton has a lever handle. Is there an wheel available or an adapter I can retro fit to my old wheel?

For starters, the Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch w/ Automatic Brake part # DL14996 cannot be used to hoist objects in the air which it sounds like you are trying to do. If that is the case then you would instead want to use a worm gear winch, the Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch part # DL10954.
In regards to comparing a wheel style and level style action, we do not have any conversion kits for this nor would I be able to recommend any retro fit advice. I recommend you use a standard style level action handle, the Hex Handle for Dutton-Lainson Worm Gear Winch part # DL306132. If you need a new cable as well you can use the Hand Winch Cable with Safety Hook part # DL24104.
