Will a crack in the material between the inner metal surface and outer metal surface affect the operation of the magnet.10 Al-Ko Brake Magnet

If there are any visible signs of wear on the brake magnet part # BP01-110 or any other brake magnet it is time to replace it.
I have attached a help article that will help you test your brake magnets operation however, if they are cracked I recommend replacing them anyway.
