Yes, the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller part # RED44FR will work on your 2018 Cadillac Escalade and this is an excellent choice for you. In order to install this brake controller on the vehicle you will also need to use the Redarc Plug-and-Play Wiring Harness for Tow-Pro Trailer Brake Controllers part # 331-TPH-010 if you have the factory plug under your dash or the Tekonsha Custom Wiring Adapter for Trailer Brake Controllers part # 3016-S if you do not have the factory plug under your dash. If you have the factory tow package then you will have the factory plug under your dash.
