In order to install this brake controller on the vehicle you will also need to use the Redarc Plug-and-Play Wiring Harness for Tow-Pro Trailer Brake Controllers part # 331-TPH-010 if you have the factory plug under your dash or the Tekonsha Custom Wiring Adapter for Trailer Brake Controllers part # 3016-S if you do not have the factory plug under your dash. If you have the factory tow package then you will have the factory plug under your dash.
