Question:

I just got my new truck and it has all I need but the integrated trailer brake control. Does this works well with the Colorado Z71? Are there detailed instructions on how to install wiring with the Colorado? Any extra parts that I would need? Thanks in advance!

For your 2019 Chevy Colorado with the factory 7-way the correct install harness you need for the Curt Spectrum # C51170 is the part # C51515 which plugs right into the port under the dash. Once that's complete the wiring portion of the install is done and you'd just need to mount the knob and module.

If you wanted an even easier to install controller the Curt Echo Mobile part # C51180 plugs right into the 7-Way at the rear of your vehicle and once synced to your smart phone is ready to be used.
