Is there a hitch that allows u to install without have to cut the fascia /bumper. If i have to cut it out. Does it come with instructions and is there an that goes where u cut. What does it look like

The only hitch we have for your 2018 Chevy Equinox diesel is the Draw Tite part # 76217 which does require fascia trimming. The trimmed section won't be visible from the rear of the vehicle though. This hitch does come with instructions that show where to trim it which are linked to this page as well.
I attached a picture that shows where the trimming will be for you to check out as well.
