The square piece with the spring fell out of our trailer hitch and is lost. Is it possible to get a replacement for this part?

It sounds like you are missing the block and spring portion of your Lets Go Aero Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock part # 63232. Lets Go Aero does not provide replacement parts for this lock. The only real option is to replace the whole lock. We do carry another Anti-Rattle Lock that is comparable but does not use the spring part # PS63100.
