Question:

I have a ram 3500 and want to use an over the rails tool box in front of the bandw fifth wheel hitch in factory pucks Will I have turning issues

That's going to depend on a few things but a lot of it depends on how much clearance the trailer has between the overhang and the bed rails now and how much height the toolbox would add above that. You need 6 inches of clearance here to prevent interference.

We have lower profile toolboxes like the UWS part # UWS07652 which is a fit for your 2018 Ram 3500 and would only add 2 inches above the bed rails. This would be your best solution and would work great as long as you have 8 inches of clearance currently between the bed rails and the trailer overhang.
