At this point (June '19) trailer brake controller makers like Redarc have not had time to get their hands on the 2019 Tundra SR for doing test installations but there is one trailer brake controller that I can assure you will work fine for you so long as your truck has a functioning 7-way trailer connector like # PK11893.

The Curt Echo # C51180 installs without any cutting or splicing of wires in the truck. The installation consists of plugging it in at your 7-way, plugging the trailer's 7-way into the Echo and pairing the unit to a compatible smartphone which serves as both the display and control device. As long as your phone operating system is Apple 8.0 or newer or Android 4.4 or newer you can complete the installation of this advanced proportional controller in a matter of minutes with no tools whatsoever. My contact at Curt confirmed the Echo will work great and it will be by far the easiest possible installation for a brake controller. The linked videos show both features and operation and installation in a Tundra.

The Tow Pro Elite # RED44FR would require hard wiring to your truck and entail splicing into its wiring.
