What are the Dimensions of the Mounting Holes on the Brophy Trailer D-Ring Tie Down
Question:
One of the answers in the RR5K kit says the holes are 3 1/2 on center. In the RR5 without the kit the drawing shows 3 1/4 one way and 3 the other. Im trying to fit these as replacements for existing old recessed D rings and exact dimensions are very important. So...whats the scoop? Am I reading something wrong?

I went out into our warehouse and pulled a Trailer D-Ring Tie Down # RR05 to measure the mounting holes on center and found them to be 3 inches by 3-1/4 inches like the picture suggests.
I attached a video that shows these measurements for you to check out.
