Does 50 Amp RV Connector have Three or Four Blades/Prongs

Doesnt a 50amp plug have four blades - this one appears to have three, could it be a 30amp?

There are a few different 50 amp style connectors. The ones for RV applications use the 240 volt twist lock style of 50 amp outlet (NEMA L6-50) a lot which has three prongs whereas the 120 volt style of 50 amp connector you are thinking of that has 4 prongs is the NEMA 14-50 and is commonly seen for electric ovens.

Standard trailer wiring circuits on 7-ways like the part #C58155 and #PK12706 are rated for up to 40 amps so if you wanted to use a 7-way like this to power a horn that is rated for 13 amps you certainly could.
