I do have a way for you to install the Tekonsha Voyager Trailer Brake Controller part # 39510 on your 1999 Dodge Ram Van 3500 but there is not a pre-wired port under the dash to plug this in that I am aware of. Therefore, in order to install the Tekonsha Voyager on your Ram Van you will need to hardwire the brake controller in using the Plug-In Harness for Tekonsha and Draw-Tite Brake Controllers part # 20127. If you don't already have one you will need a circuit breaker as well, part # PK54530.
