Question:
I see there are two trailer hitches for the 2019 Chevy Blazer. Of these two, which one would you put on your car? Which do you recommend?

I highly recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch # C13418 for your 2019 Chevy Blazer, and this is the one I would put on mine over the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 76023.
The reason why I recommend the Curt is because it is far easier to install than the Draw-Tite hitch, which requires the temporary removal of fascia and the bumper beam, as well as trimming your Blazer's fascia.
Another reason I would choose Curt over the Draw-Tite is because of the Curt's advantage in capacities. The Curt's tongue weight capacity is 750 lbs compared to the 675 lb tongue weight capacity of the Draw-Tite, and the Curt hitch has a 5,000 lb towing capacity compared to the 4,500 lb capacity of the Draw-Tite.
The only aspect in which the Draw-Tite # 76023 has an advantage is the fact that it is rated for use with a weight distribution system when towing, while the Curt # C13418 is not. Other than that, both hitches are Class III rated with a 2" receiver and come with a lifetime warranty. I have added a link to the installation instructions to both hitches for you to check out, as well as a photo from the Curt instructions showing how the hitch looks on a 2019 Chevy Blazer.
For wiring which will give you a 4-way connector and allow you to power your trailer's lights you need Wiring Harness # C56325. It is also strongly recommended you use Dielectric Grease for Electrical Connectors # 11755 to help prevent any type of corrosion in your connector, which will increase its durability and extend its lifespan.
