Will this fit a 2001 Dodge Stratus 4-door sedan?

There are only Class I trailer hitches available for your 2001 Dodge Stratus.at the current time. The Yakima EXO Swing Away Enclosed Cargo Carrier - 2" Hitches - 10 cu ft - 100 lbs # Y62VR, will only work with class III or class IV hitches. Therefore, it is not an option for your Stratus.
For your car, I recommend the 20x47 Reese Cargo Carrier for 1-1/4" Hitches - Steel - 300 lbs # 63155. I have included a link to a video review of the carrier for you.
