Question:
I’m leasing a 2019 Nissan Titan S. I need a no drill plug and play brake controller and wiring harness. Any suggestions? I dont want to drill in case I decide to turn over the truck at the end of my lease.

As long as your leased 2019 Nissan Titan S is equipped with a 7-Way connector at the rear (which is going to be required for any brake controller) the perfect solution for your application is the Curt Echo # C51180. This is a fairly new controller with a unique and innovative design that allows for an extremely easy, plug-and-play installation. The entire process consists of plugging the controller itself into the truck's 7-Way, downloading an app, and pairing it to your smart phone via Bluetooth. And that's it.
If your Titan isn't equipped with the factory 7-Way then you can just add the Hopkins # N40975 that will plug right into the factory US Car Connector behind the rear bumper.
In addition to this simple setup the Echo provides you with a couple of unique benefits, especially in your particular case with a leased vehicle. The first is that because your phone is what is used to adjust any settings or activate the manual override, you don't need to actually install anything inside the vehicle. Even other standard brake controllers that might have a plug-and-play harness for your Titan would still require you to drill into the dash to secure a bracket for the controller itself and otherwise just take up more room in the cab to serve as a potential knee bruiser.
Also, since plug-and-play harnesses for other controllers are vehicle specific, you would likely need to purchase a new one at the end of the lease when it's time to move on to a different truck. Because the Curt Echo just plugs into any standard 7-Way, it's super easy (and cost-efficient) to transfer it to new vehicles.
I have attached a video demonstration on the Echo that you can also check out so you can see exactly how it works and operates.
