I've linked the installation details for the Curt trailer hitch that fits your 2016 Jeep Patriot, part # C13081. In step 8 it shows the exact torque specs for the four half-inch bolts.
We generally don't post torque specs for trailer hitches live on our site because of the off-chance the manufacturer changes them from one vehicle to another. If a change is made it'll be reflected in the install details linked.
