If the white sticker inside the driver door jamb on your 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 reads 07/2002 as the date of manufacture, the correct Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver for you will be part # C14020, not part # 14361 which is for trucks made after 11/2002. This trailer hitch has the same class IV rating, 2" receiver tube opening, and plenty of capacity for your 6,500 lb camper just like the one you were looking at. It also offers a completely drill free installation and is made right here in the USA.
