What is the difference between a circuit analyzer and a voltage protector?

The 30 Camco RV Power Defender Voltage Protector # CAM55301 is like a circuit breaker and automatically resets if there's a surge whereas the 50 amp Circuit Analyzer part # CAM55313 is like a fuse and it only can handle one surge. For a 50 amp breaker style you'd need the part # CAM55306.
