Bike Rack Recommendation for Heavier Bikes with Fenders that Has Ramps and Can Fit Class I Hitch

Hi, I have a 52lbs bike With fenders, I want a ramp style bike rack, hopefully that I can add a rack to push the bike up on carrier. 1.25 hitch Class 1

I have a perfect solution for you! Check out the Thule EasyFold XT part # TH903202. This bike rack has ramps built into the rack to help with loading/unloading, has a higher weight capacity that would easily carry a 52 lb bike, is compatible with bikes with fenders since it secures the bikes by grabbing them by the frame, and is compatible with Class I 1-1/4 inch hitches. I attached a picture that shows this rack carrying bikes with fenders as well.
